Chomu Palace Nikkah Ceremony- Day 2 {Indian Wedding Photographer}- Chomu Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan

After the Ghor, Zahra had an outfit change and if it was even possible, looked more stunning then how she did in the morning.  The excitement of the afternoon festivities seemed to build with each minute and an amazing energy vibrated through the walls of the Chomu Palace.  A horse and drummers arrived for the Baraat procession. It was incredible!  Yusuf, and his ‘lads’ made the most amazing entrance.  Zahra sneaked peaks of her groom’s entrance through Jalis or carved lattices.  Recounting the scene gives me goose bumps for it truly was magical.  After her groom was seated, Zahra entered followed by her female cousins. The mundap was extraordinary. Fresh flowers hung all around the couple. The arial photo of the scene depicts the fountain which was decorated by the most amazing design of flowers. Hadith Al-Qisa was recited and birds started singing almost in unison all around the courtyard.  Their voices were loud and it was magical. Experiencing it made tears stream from eyes as the moment took my breath away.  Zahra recited her own Nikkah, and Yusuf agreed to marry her! After the completion of the ceremony, guests showered the couple with flowers and congratulatory wishes.  A beautiful banquet pursued where guests sat at long white linened tables, candlelit, while a live band played old time ghazal music.  The festivities were extraordinary in every single way.
