I had such a wonderful time photographing this couple! They are expecting their first and wanted to do a shoot that captured where they live. Here are a few of my favorite photographs from the shoot.
Day Two of Elham and Salim’s wedding was the Nikkah or exchange of vows ceremony. The event took place at Stanmore mosque in Middlesex, UK. Prior to the Nikkah, we ventured to Canon Park for a quick photo shoot before we dashed to mosque for the ceremony. Since the event was separated by gender, I wont be sharing any images from the actual Nikkah ceremony. After the ceremony, all the close family and friends headed to a marquee party celebrating the marriage of the bride and groom. At the end of the night Elham and Salim released a lantern into the sky and it was such a beautiful moment. Here are a few of my favorite images from the festivities.
