I photographed this baby with her family last week at River Walk in Edgewater. The cloudy skies couldn’t have been better because they provided us with a beautiful even lighting at the time of day when the skyline usually is hit with intense sun. This 12+ month old was so great in front of the camera. She had the most adorable smile and I love the outfits her mommy chose for her. Here is a sneak peak of a few of my favorite photographs from the shoot.
I love photographing families with their newest arrivals. I first met this lovely family when I photographed the newborn’s twin cousins when they were born (http://photographybyasiya.com/blog/2011/10/newborn-baby-twins-njnyc-newborn-baby-photographer-bergen-county-nj/). I photographed Imane & Mike’s wedding last month at the beautiful Waterside Restaurant & Catering in Edgewater, NJ. Imane is Algerian and a Bio Chemistry PHD student at CUNY and Mike is an Italian American who served in the army. The wedding was gender separated with men on a different level as the women. The celebration included beautiful ethnic dances, dinner, and a cake cutting. When the bride and groom first arrived, we took some photographs outside with the stunning views of the New York skyline as the sun was setting.
