Leila & Jonathan {Crest Hollow Country Club Wedding Photographer}- Woodbury, New York

I had the pleasure of photographing Leila and Jonathan’s wedding at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, New York (Long Island). Leila’s family is half Egyptian and half Greek and jonathan has ties to the south so the wedding incorporated traditions from various cultures. The bride and groom entered their reception led by an entourage of skilled performers whose loud drums announced the entrance of the bride and groom to the wedding guests. The grooms friends lined up creating a tunnel for the bride an groom to past through. A late lunch was served and guests enjoyed the festivities with traditional dances including the Zefa and traditional Greek dance. It was such a lovely event and I’m so happy to have been able to capture it through photographs! Congratulations to the bride and groom again!

I apologize for neglecting to post for the past couple of weeks. I was out of town celebrating a family wedding in London and just returned last Tuesday. Here is a sneak peak from a little guy I photographed the day after I returned to the states. The warm east coast weather allowed us to sneak outside for a few shots. I had such a nice time photographing him and meeting his lovely parents.
