Newborn Baby Twins {NJ/NYC Newborn Baby Photographer}– Bergen County, NJ

I have been posting a lot of weddings and engagement sessions lately and I’ve been itching to share some of my newborn photography work. I cant describe how much passion I have for photographing newborns. It’s one of the most amazing experiences and I feel so blessed to be around these angelic little babies when they first come into the world. I love being able to capture everything about them from their tiny toes to their precious lips. Here are a selection of photographs from a recent newborn session I had with these beautiful twin brothers.

Ankur & Kiran’s Wedding {NYC/NJ Indian Wedding Photographer}-Double Tree Hotel, Philadelphia

Last month, I worked with the Wedding Central as my first time as a second photographer at Ankur & Kiran’s Wedding at the Double Tree Hotel in Philadelphia.  The couple had a traditional Hindu Indian wedding. Photographing the bride and groom as they prepared for their wedding ceremony was an amazing experience. There is something so special about the way a bride looks on the morning of her wedding. Kiran blew me away with her gentle and soft elegance. Ankur was cool, collective and ready for it all. For the Bharat, an elaborately decorated horse carried the groom along side his family and friends as they paraded down the streets of downtown Philadelphia. Loud rhythmic drumming and traditional dances announced the groom’s arrival to the bride’s family. The ceremony took place under a purple and pink lit mandap and was directed by a holy man. After the ceremony, the couple left for an outfit change and shortly thereafter made their entrance at the reception. The speeches were emotional and the dancing electric. We ended the night with a few photographs of the couple outside, walking down the street outside the hotel. The last shot is my favorite from the day because the bride and groom look like movie stars, on top of the world. A big thank you to Wedding Central for having me photograph the wedding as a second photographer and to the bride and groom for allowing me to capture their wedding. Congratulations Ankur & Kiran.

Sajed & Sahina’s Bangladeshi Wedding: Part III (Walima) {NJ/NYC Indian Wedding Photographer}-The Sterling: Long Island, NY

The final event of the wedding festivities was the Walima. It was held at the Sterling in Long Island. The mood and look of this event was cool, chic, and classy. With the excitement of the wedding day behind them, the couple was able to relax and enjoy an entertaining evening filled with speeches, dances, food and good company.

Sajed & Sahina’s Bangladeshi Wedding: Part II (Nikkah & Reception) {NYC Indian Wedding Photographer}-Terrace on the Park: Flushing, NY

Sajed & Sahina’s Wedding took place at Terrace on the Park in Flushing, New York. The religious wedding ceremony (Nikkah) was held outside under beautifully draped yellow fabric with fresh flower accents. After the ceremony, guests headed upstairs for a reception in the grand ballroom. Sajed & Sahina made their grand entrance by riding in on an elaborately decorated bicycle rickshaw. The festivities for the evening included special religious and customary traditions, a beautiful cake cutting, speeches and a special dance performed by family and friends of the bride and groom. Stay tuned for photographs from Sajed & Sahina’s Walima!
