Spring is a special and magical time of the year. Life emerges in beautiful flowers from buds that miraculously appear after the longest coldest winter. Capturing it for me allows me to somehow freeze the beauty so that it can live on. This photo shoot in central park was so special. Magic was everywhere. I loved cake smashes. They are a fun way to celebrate one year of life. In honor of 5 years of photographing cake smashes, I put together this small gallery of some of my favorite moments thus far. 
One of my favorite parts about working with young families is seeing their family grow. I first met this gorgeous family when I photographed their first back in 2013. I photographed these gorgeous twins last year and just designed this beautiful book that will be printed for them. I can’t wait to see it in print. In an age of digital and screens, its so nice to have printed items.
