Cake Smash {New Jersey Cake Smash Photographer}- North Jersey, NJ

I loved cake smashes. They are a fun way to celebrate one year of life. In honor of 5 years of photographing cake smashes, I put together this small gallery of some of my favorite moments thus far.

Baby Girl {Upper West Side Newborn Photographer}- UWS, NYC

One of my favorite parts about working with young families is seeing their family grow.  I first met this gorgeous family when I photographed their first back in 2013.  Here are some of the select images from our session 3 years ago! http://photographybyasiya.com/blog/2013/03/day-8-upper-west-side-newborn-photographer-uws-nyc/   I was so excited to work with them once again as they welcomed a beautiful little girl into their home.  Here are some of the images from our session together.

Twins Newborn Album Layouts {Album Layouts Twins}- NYC

I photographed these gorgeous twins last year and just designed this beautiful book that will be printed for them. I can’t wait to see it in print.  In an age of digital and screens, its so nice to have printed items.

Maternity Photo Shoot {Central Park Maternity Photographer}- Central Park, NYC

Sometimes you step outside and there is a special magic in the air. I photographed this gorgeous couple in Central Park on one of the first warm days we have had this season. The air felt special and I loved capturing  some special memories of them before their baby arrived. I can’t wait to meet him soon!

Chomu Palace Wedding- Day 1 {Indian Wedding Photographer}- Chomu Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan

The official start to  Zahra and Yusuf’s dream destination wedding at the Chomu Palace in Rajasthan, India was the Mendhi Party. It was spectacular in every single way. The decor was incredible- gorgeous colorful teapots with fresh flowers on top Rajasthani Hand Embroidered runners decorated the tables. Colorful fabrics were draped everywhere and mirrored umbrellas were positioned in the trees. The outdoor setting with the spectacular fresh flowers and colors set the scene for Zahra and Yusuf’s amazing entrance. The couple arrived on top of a neon painted elephant. The entrance was a surprise to all the wedding guest and set the tone for a weekend full of beauty, excitement, and fun! Halfway through the entrance, the elephant had to take a poop and soiled the red runners. I couldn’t help but remember the gorgeous newborns I photograph daily who do the same thing during our newborn photo shoots. The evening included delicious street food stalls serving up India’s best local delicacies and a lively drumming band who set a mood for dancing, laughter, and games. Zahra wanted me to enjoy the wedding and request I put down my camera – I complied but snapped these photographs before her request.
