Its such a special time when a family welcomes a new baby. The time is filled with so many different changes that are so fleeting. Newborn sessions are one of the best ways to capture those moments so they can live on through memory with the aid of photographs. Here are a few special photos from a session that took place on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, as this gorgeous family, welcomed a lucky little lady into this world. Big brother was adorable and his sister, just as cute as him. I loved meeting this family and working with them to capture special memories. I had the most amazing time photographing this beautiful baby girl at her Matawan home in New Jersey. One of my favorite aspects of photographing on location is having the baby’s room as the backdrop for the session. Mom had bought fun gold decals from http://www.landofnod.com/ which we were able to incorporate into the photos. How cute does she look?
