I had the most amazing time photographing his gorgeous family at Waveny Park during my annual fall mini photo shoots two weekends ago. The foliage was unreal and this family looks so adorable for this holiday photos. The most amazing thing for me was to witness the special bond of companionship and love between the brothers. I remember when I first met this family- their oldest was days old, sleeping in a blue blanket, and its been such a blessing see him and his family grow over the years.
One of the best parts about being a photographer is I get to capture families as they grow. I have been photographing this family since the oldest was 6 months old. Here are photographs from a recent fall photo shoot that took place in Waveny Park in New Canaan, CT. The foliage was incredible, the kids adorable, and the shoot, a whole lot of fun. Family shoots are always filled with laughter, silliness, and special moments between family members. It was so hard to choose a few photographs to share. This family is just too cute…
Newborns are heart melting, adorable, and so precious. I love photographing them and capturing them with their families. Newborn shoots are so wonderful because they capture a moment that is so fleeting. Here are a few photographs from a shoot that took place in Norwalk the day after my month away! I loved capturing this adorable family- mom graciously waited for me to return from my trip. Im so happy I was able to work with her and her beautiful family.
I feel so blessed that I get to work with clients and make images of them as they celebrate life’s most precious moments. This engagement shoot took place yesterday on the Hoboken waterfront in the early morning. I love connecting with a couple, grasping what they value in an image, and then making that a reality. Caitlyn, the bride to be, explained how she loved classic images, and black and white. My goal was to make images that showed the beauty of their relationship while incorporating the gorgeous Manhattan skyline and the absolutely jaw dropping Hoboken train station. I will be traveling starting tonight for the next month across Switzerland, London and Iraq. As I leave for my journey abroad, I will miss creating images for my clients daily. I hope to come back rejuvenated and ready to take on the busy season leading up the holidays. For those who I will be working with in the fall when I return, I can’t wait! If you are a new client stumbling upon my blog for the first time, please send me a message. During my time away, I will not be able to answer any phone calls so the best way to get in touch is to email me at asiya@photographybyasiya.com.
