I feel blessed every single time I photograph a newborn. This photo shoot took place in September, right before I left for my trip. I never had a chance to post it then, but I loved photographing this little girl and I couldn’t pass the opportunity to share some of the images from the shoot. She had the most beautiful head of hair and it was a pleasure being able to capture her during her first couple weeks of life.

I had such a wonderful time photographing this adorable baby. He parents are from Russia and it was so great being able to talk to them about their life. This little lady is very lucky to have such wonderful parents. Mom made a special request that I capture her daughter’s ear. At first, I didn’t understand why but after a closer look with my macro lens, I could see exactly why. Here are a few of my favorite images from the shoot.

Sometimes the stars aline and a photo shoot feels perfect. I recently had this feeling when I photographed this adorable family near the Bethesda Fountain area of Central Park. The fall foliage couldn’t have looked more beautiful. The shoot, which lasted an hour, was a good amount of time for us to hop around to areas around the fountain. I last worked with this family when their baby was only four days old. I can’t thank my clients enough for giving me the opportunity to capture memories of their families that will live on for many years to come.

I photographed this little guy at my Edgewater studio on his 6th day of life. It was so amazing being able to capture him during this special time in his life. He was so adorable- I still can’t get over how precious his features are from his little wrinkles in his forehead to his absolutely scrumptious lips!

I had the most amazing time photographing his gorgeous family at Waveny Park during my annual fall mini photo shoots two weekends ago. The foliage was unreal and this family looks so adorable for this holiday photos. The most amazing thing for me was to witness the special bond of companionship and love between the brothers. I remember when I first met this family- their oldest was days old, sleeping in a blue blanket, and its been such a blessing see him and his family grow over the years.
