This past summer, I photographed a beautiful three day wedding in Austin, Texas. I&#8217;ve decided to share three of my favorite detail photographs from the wedding. The first was taken of the bride&#8217;s bangles on the day of her Mendhi. I used the bride&#8217;s vibrant dupatta as a backdrop to accent the colors in the bangles. The second photograph is of the bride&#8217;s hands elaborately decorated with henna\/mendhi. This photograph was taken the morning of the wedding. I love the contrast of the henna\/mendhi against the beaded, white wedding lenga. The last image was taken at the brides reception at an outdoor venue in Austin called the Hummingbird House.
