I cant wait to photograph your wedding and create images that you will cherish forever. In order make sure everything is photographed just the way you envision, please provide me with the following pieces of information two weeks prior to the wedding.

1) A detailed timeline of the wedding day. Make sure to indicate any special photography notes that may help me capture your day better.

2) Addresses of where the bride and the groom will be getting ready as well as any addresses for any other locations that will be visited on the wedding day.

3) A list of all the names of the members in your bridal party. Also, create a list of all group formal photographs you would like taken. At the wedding, I recommend having a designated person in charge of “wrangling” people, as I will not know your friends and family members’ names. This person should accompany me during group shots to help ensure that they run smoothly.

4) A list of all the vendors including but not limited to your florist, dj, cake designer, dress designer, makeup artist, etc.
